Carpals 腕骨

Thecarpalsare small bones found in your wrist.
There are eight carpals in each wrist, and they fit closely together like a puzzle.
The carpals connect your hand to your forearm and let your wrist move in many ways.
These bones help your hand bend, turn, and twist easily.
When you hold a ball or wave your hand, your carpals work with the muscles and other bones.
If a carpal bone is hurt, it can be difficult to move your hand or pick things up.
